Recent upgrades added 3 bedrooms with electric fireplaces and 2 bathrooms to the lower level as well as a new pullout double bed. With a total of 6 bedrooms with 7 beds and 4 bathrooms (2 bathrooms feature double sinks), this holiday home can comfortably sleep up to 14 VIP guests in beds and is perfect for large family groups, gatherings of friends or Executive group getaways. For smaller groups, we still offer rental for the 3 upper level bedrooms, adding any of our 3 lower level bedrooms as you require, to provide continued opportunity for a lavish holiday in a suitable space. We only ever rent to one vacation group at a time for your privacy and security.

PLEASE NOTE:

* The rates for this property are based on the number of bedrooms needed and not the number of occupants.

* The base rate for this unit allows guests the use of the three main floor bedrooms and the pullout sofabed. As well as the use of the entire house.

* Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 remain locked and are available for an additional $70 per room per night.

Week long bookings (7 nts) only pay for 6 nts and stay their 7th night free, year round rate.

*Member Access included to private, members-only, Ridgeview Resort Recreation Ctr with key fob, just a scenic 5 min walk behind our property.
